Defense was stellar again on Friday as we held a Milne team that had scored 60 plus points the week prior to zero on the scoreboard. Big kudos however to the Wolverines who fought hard to the end and who were great sportsmen! Without them, we never would have had a game.
The coaching staff was pleased with the total team effort across the roster and believes that we took another step forward towards building a better squad. The pre-season is now over and we are really going to be getting down to business at practice and on the playing field. There will be no free lunches and everyone is going to have to compete mentally and physically. Preparation, preparation, preparation men.

This coming week has our JV's hosting Nanaimo District HS at 3 PM In The Cage on Wed. 5 October and our Varsity hosting our arch-rival The #4 ranked Ballenas Whalers on Friday, 7 October at 1:46 PM!
