Summer Lifts 2015
Time to narrow the performance gap folks. There is what each one of us can potentially be and there is where we are right now. The difference between the two is your Performance Gap. This summer represents a terrific opportunity to narrow our Performance Gap as individuals and a team/program.
Weight Room is Open: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:01-11:16.
Ropes, Tires, Plyo Boxes, Ladders etc. on hand as well.
Attendance is kept.
