The 2009 Season: Another Fine Year For The John Barsby Football Program!
The JB Football Program will be conducting its 2009 Football Banquet in the school Multi-Purpose Room on Thursday, 10 December from 6 PM to 8:30 PM. We will once again be treated to an incredible spread of delicious food by Chef Chandler and his Culinary Arts Program as we celebrate this season's on and off the field accomplishments!
Many, many thanks are due to many, many people this year especially! We will be saying goodbye to an exceptional group of graduating Varsity players and will be recognizing superlative performances across both the JV and Varsity roster. No banquet is complete without a terrific hi-lite video and we will be unveiling the 2009 season on DVD for all to see!
Attire: This event is semi-formal so we are asking players to wear slacks and a dress-shirt/sweater at a minimum. Ties are encouraged.
Tickets: As you can well imagine, this event is a large undertaking for Chef Chandler and his crew. We need to have a very good idea of how many servings of food to prepare. As such we are respectfully asking that players and their guests pre-pay by Tuesday, 8 December.
The cost per-ticket is $20.00. The ticket cost goes towards the cost of the food, awards, gifts and video production (each player will receive a 2009hi-lite DVD).
Please pre-pay at the JBCS front office. You will be given a receipt and your name will be placed on a list that we will have at the entrance of the MPR on Banquet night.
